Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Interaction
    • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store
    • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
    • Provide personalized customer service and build relationships with clients
    • Act as a Cuyana ambassador and expert on product and brand knowledge
  • Operations & Stockroom
    • Receive and process stock transfers
    • Organize and maintain the stockroom and store
    • Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking
    • Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pick-ups and deliveries
  • Teamwork & Adaptability
    • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales targets
    • Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
    • Participate in team events and contribute to the Cuyana community
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing sales experience
  • Apparel/accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
