Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Professional to join our team at ABM Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as required, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
