  • Mentor and guide palliative medicine team members to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Palliative Medicine
  • Active medical license in the state of Virginia
  • Proven track record of leadership in rebuilding and advancing Palliative Care programs
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships
  • Deep commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
