Our team is seeking a Physiatry Specialist to join our dynamic post-acute healthcare organization in Salisbury, MD. As an NP/PA Physiatry Clinician with CRC, you will work closely with the post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for post-acute healthcare and serving the geriatric population. They will possess confidence to function autonomously, a desire for continuous improvement, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a 32-hour, W-2 role with a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000. Benefits include great health insurance, a generous PTO package, flexibility in hours, and a highly competitive salary and bonus structure.

The job description includes:

  • Providing specialized Physiatry/PM&R services as a rehab consultant
  • Representing CRC in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration
  • Managing conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries
  • Working alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life
