About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cytology Supervisor to join our team at a leading reference laboratory in the Greater Nashville area. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cytology professionals, ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity in our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cytology professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of quality and productivity.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to cytology professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in cytology, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Previous experience as a lead or supervisor in a laboratory setting is highly preferred.
  • ASCP certification (or eligible) is a must.
