Café Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Beverage Attendant to join our team at James Oliver Coffee Co.

Salary: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers
• Operate a register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients
