About the Role:

NP Now, a physician-led nonprofit healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team in Sioux City, Iowa. As an Orthopedic Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Performing surgical procedures, including joint replacements, fracture management, and soft tissue repairs.
  • Evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans, including preoperative and postoperative care.
  • Collaborating with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Documenting patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.

Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery (BE/BC).
  • Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Iowa.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • J1/H1B Visa candidates are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of $400,000-$600,000, depending on experience.
