Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and quantity of our meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards.
  • Implement and follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf-life compliance.
  • Rotate cut and boxed meat to maintain freshness.
  • Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
Cleanliness and Sanitation
  • Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and any other meat to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Recognize and address any issues with meat quality, including stickiness, slickness, or unpleasant odors.
  • Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Comply with local health department regulations.
Operational Excellence
  • Utilize administration forms to maintain an accurate inventory of all meat products and determine production levels.
  • Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
  • Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
  • Maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
  • Complete duty roster tasks.
