We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Eureka & The Brook. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
- Manage restaurant occupancy flow, assign tables, and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact positively and effectively with co-workers and guests, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Complete all side-work as described during the training process, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Dependable and punctual attendance, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
