Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established procedures.

- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Prepare and send invoices and quotes to customers.
- Collect payment from customers for labor and parts.

Requirements:
