Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contents Technician to join our team at Spangler Restoration. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for packing and moving homeowner belongings at job sites and in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack out homes from water losses or fires
  • Move back homes after repairs are completed
  • Structure cleaning and organization
  • Cleaning all contents from fires
  • Keeping warehouse organized and clean
  • Loading and unloading of content from trucks
  • Keeping vans and trucks cleaned and orderly
  • On-call rotation on weekends

Requirements:

  • Stable work history
  • Experience in the moving industry (1+ years preferred)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
