The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems development and design, with expertise in logic design, I/O design, firmware development, and computer architecture analysis and design.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Plan upgrades of operating systems and design systems enhancements
- Develop documentation on new or existing systems
- Develop and conduct tests to ensure systems meet documented user requirements
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems
- Provide system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance
- Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility
- Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineers and instructors
- May serve as technical team or task lead
- Serves as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met

- Education Level/Major: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational Requirement
Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover.

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $105,000 USD - $221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
