The Department of Medicine, specifically the Dermatology Service, is seeking an exceptional academic dermatologist to join our esteemed faculty with a focus on oncodermatology and consultative dermatology.
The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant and innovative research program in any field of academic dermatology, with a clinical interest in oncodermatology. They will also have leadership skills, the ability to set and share a strategic vision, promote team science, and foster a collaborative approach to mentoring trainees and faculty.
The successful candidate will be a physician-scientist with expertise in both delivering top-quality clinical care and advancing our understanding of the biology of these diseases and developing novel therapeutic strategies and conducting clinical trials.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art facility
- Conducting innovative research in oncodermatology and consultative dermatology
- Mentoring trainees and faculty in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Contributing to the development of a strategic vision for the Dermatology Service
Requirements include:
- Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology
- A strong research program in academic dermatology
- Leadership skills and ability to promote team science
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
