About the Position

The Customer Service Lead Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will direct and guide associates on customer service approaches, drive sales growth, and participate in community outreach programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Model excellent customer service by teaching associates through example tours.
  • Direct and guide management and hourly associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and establish relationships with local organizations.

Requirements
  • 1 year's general management experience, including financial accountability.
  • 2 years' college education or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

What We Offer
  • An annual salary range of $80,000.00-$100,000.00.
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
