Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Seasonal Parks General Maintenance Associate to join our team at the St. Charles Park District. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our parks and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain assigned areas and facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate equipment as needed to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues and the public to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with special events and tournaments as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Valid State driver's license necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position, working approximately 20-30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
