Lead a Team of Stylists at Great Clips

We're seeking a skilled Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, including managing a team of stylists, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the salon floor, reception area, and back office
  • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer complaints and feedback
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
