Position Overview

ICP Group, a prominent entity in the manufacturing of coatings, adhesives, and sealants for both construction and industrial applications, is on the lookout for a Demand Planner to enhance their Business Solutions Group. This pivotal role requires adept management of extensive data sets to facilitate demand planning initiatives and to ensure the seamless functioning of the company's ERP system.

The Demand Planner is integral in synchronizing inventory movements across ICP warehouses to effectively fulfill business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to execute demand forecasts.
  • Revise inventory reorder levels in the ERP system in alignment with demand and distribution strategies.
  • Modify customer lead times within the ERP framework.
  • Maximize inventory distribution throughout the warehouse network.
  • Generate transfer orders utilizing MRP for internal inventory transactions.
  • Oversee transfer orders to ensure timely execution and inventory precision.
  • Regularly analyze and reconcile eCommerce inventory.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses of supply chain data as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Syspro is advantageous.
  • Comprehension of MRP principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VBA experience.
  • Basic understanding of MS Access.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
