Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and providing education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and treatment options
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in telemetry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
