Tenet Health and the Tavares Surgery Center are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team for a part-time position in Tavares, Florida. This role offers flexibility with 1-2 days of work per week, typically on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Highlights of the Position:

  • Work in an ambulatory surgery center setting with all GI cases taking place in two fully equipped operating rooms.
  • Collaborate with a team of four experienced gastroenterologists.
  • Average 20 cases per day.
  • No supervision by an anesthesiologist is required.
  • Sedation with propofol will be used.
  • The electronic medical record system utilized is gGastro/gMed.
  • The center operates with minimal weekend and major holiday closures, allowing for better work-life balance.
  • An option exists for occasional Saturday coverage.

About Our Facility

The Tavares Surgery Center is a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center founded in 2013 by gastroenterologists. The primary objective of this facility is to provide the highest level of care within a true outpatient environment. We offer comprehensive services, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and capsule endoscopy, across two fully equipped operating rooms.
