- Administer medications, including chemotherapy, biologic therapies, and other intravenous medications.
- Perform central venous access device management and transfusion of blood products.
- Provide telephone consultation and care coordination to patients, families, and significant others.
- Maintain accurate clinical and patient records.
- Assist in development and implementation of staff orientation and educational activities.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Provider Card/Certificate.
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, including experience in oncology.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
