The Mechanical Claims Specialist receives competitive compensation starting at $30/hr*
This is an ONSITE position at our Lakewood, CO office.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Evaluating and documenting claims in accordance with coverage terms and operational guidelines.
- Providing precise and timely updates to both external and internal stakeholders regarding claim statuses and inquiries.
- Recommending further actions on claims that exceed authority limits.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Ability to adhere to a defined work schedule.
- Capability to work independently and achieve production targets with minimal supervision.
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Aptitude for recognizing issues, identifying potential causes, and resolving routine challenges.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Automotive mechanical experience and/or training is essential.
