The Mechanical Claims Specialist receives competitive compensation starting at $30/hr*

This is an ONSITE position at our Lakewood, CO office.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Evaluating and documenting claims in accordance with coverage terms and operational guidelines.
  • Providing precise and timely updates to both external and internal stakeholders regarding claim statuses and inquiries.
  • Recommending further actions on claims that exceed authority limits.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Ability to adhere to a defined work schedule.
  • Capability to work independently and achieve production targets with minimal supervision.
  • Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Aptitude for recognizing issues, identifying potential causes, and resolving routine challenges.
Required Education/Certifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Automotive mechanical experience and/or training is essential.
