Primary Care Physician

ChenMed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team of innovative healthcare professionals. As a PCP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading your care team, and championing a positive culture in our medical centers.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination.
- Lead your care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
- Collaborate with center and market leadership to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Current, active State Medical License.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Availability and Accessibility for patients to build trust.
- Service Orientation - provide care that you would want for a family member or for yourself.
- Evidence-Based Medicine - stay updated on evidence-based medicine and recognize the impact of lifestyle and nutrition on patient health outcomes.
- Physician Leadership - develop and improve leadership skills to benefit patients, team, center, and company.
