The Lutheran Home is in search of a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support our day shift operations. In this capacity, you will be responsible for administering medications and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents within our health center. We value a culture of service and dignity in all our interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications to residents while maintaining accurate medical records under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Monitor vital signs and observe residents for reactions to medications, promptly reporting any unexpected responses to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as necessary.
- Respond to call lights and take appropriate actions to address resident needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Review and implement resident care plans as directed.
This role offers a structured two-week schedule with every other weekend off, typically working 7 out of 14 calendar days, with hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Required Certifications:
