Job Description: Senior Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Surety Title Company. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate residential settlements, including scheduling closing dates and times.
  • Process orders, review contracts, and place orders with vendors.
