Job Title: Director of Commercial Finance

Patco Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Commercial Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Sales and Operations Planning: Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop and implement sales and operations plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Sales Support: Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve sales growth and profitability.
  • Pricing Support: Develop and maintain pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • Profitability Management: Analyze product profitability, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory levels, identify trends, and provide insights to inform inventory management decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong record of commercial finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
