Job Summary

We are looking for a Groundskeeper and Horticultural Technician to join our team at Well Done Landscapes, LLC.

This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of landscapes through various horticultural practices. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of plant care, gardening techniques, and equipment operation.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.00-$27.50 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and health of landscapes through pruning, weeding, and other horticultural practices.
  • Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and pruners to maintain landscapes.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and productivity.
  • Attend safety meetings and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • No previous experience is required for this position.
  • A valid driver's license is desirable.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills are desirable.
Working Conditions

Work is conducted outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels. Exposure to dust, pesticides, herbicides, grease, oils, dust, fumes, and electrical currents may occur.
