We are looking for a Transportation Planning Specialist to join our team at Hardesty & Hanover LLP. As a mid-level specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to support project teams throughout the company on proposals, planning, and design tasks.
Your responsibilities will include producing 2D and 3D models and drafting of civil transportation plans using the latest version of either Microstation or AutoCAD drafting software in accordance with company and client standards. You will also develop highway and roadway infrastructure projects with plans, profiles, superelevation transitions, and cross sections.
Our team uses 3D modeling for roadways, drainage, and grading designs, and coordinates with complimentary disciplines at a project level which may include members of the structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural team.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads / GeoPAK, and OpenRoads Designer
- Experience in various infrastructure project types: Drainage, Roadway, Utilities
