Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays. If you have excellent organizational skills, a strong communicator, and the ability to build relationships with business partners, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
* Execute merchandising resets to maximize sales and customer engagement
* Build retail displays that drive impulse purchases and increase sales
* Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to optimize product visibility
* Implement plan-o-grams to ensure efficient product placement and inventory management

Requirements

* 10-12 hours per week
* $18 an hour
* Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
* Resides within 20 miles of Brookings, OR 97415
