Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock shelves and face merchandise to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash cans, and cleaning fixtures and equipment.

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns in accordance with company policies.

  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and objectives, and participate in visual merchandising and promotional activities as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

  • You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

  • You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • You must be able to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while working in a team environment.
