Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronic Test Technician to join our team. As a key member of our precision measurement equipment laboratory, you will be responsible for leading complex electronics testing and troubleshooting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead projects to ensure timely delivery of cost-effective solutions
  • Manage test personnel to ensure projects are technically sound and on schedule
  • Coordinate with test technicians, assembly teams, and production management to ensure quality products and timely deliveries
  • Develop and interpret new test requirements to ensure specification compliance and support assembly schedules
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machines and equipment
  • Mentor junior technicians in performing complex diagnosis and coordinate corrective actions of product lines
  • Manage the database for equipment requiring calibration for both internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years combined experience as an upper-level test technician with an emphasis on demonstrating leadership skills
  • Proven depth and experience diagnosing and providing technical solutions for complex problems within products containing RF and digital electronics
  • Advanced experience with MS Office
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion and demonstrate finger dexterity
