Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at our Huntington Beach, CA branch. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, while also meeting the financial needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including account maintenance, loan payments, and cross-selling bank products.
- Resolve clients' problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills required.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
