Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at DHD Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, shipments, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and optimize production processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage and coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and budgets to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary processes to maximize productive time for employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management, business, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
