Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide Job Description

At American Senior Communities, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide to join our team. As a Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform restorative functions with residents under the clinical supervision of the MDS coordinator, MDS assistant, or designated licensed nurse.
  • Assist in the provision of quality, resident care activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Perform assigned non-skilled activities under supervision.
  • Maintain positive interactions with residents.

Requirements:
