Pallet Sorter

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pallet Sorter to join our team at Propak Supply Chain Services. As a Pallet Sorter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe sorting of pallets to meet our production goals and Propak standards.

Key Responsibilities

Remove debris from and manually sort pallets by type and condition to meet Propak standards and production goals. Safely remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets. Sort pallets by hand in a neat and orderly fashion. Inspect pallets while sorting to ensure criteria are met. Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift. Maintain established rate per hour to ensure productivity, efficiency, and safety. Maintain safe working conditions by following guidelines and procedures for handling all related equipment and material. Comply with all Propak policies and procedures, as well as federal and state safety rules. Assist with other duties as assigned to support and improve overall team operations. Adjust as needed to new reporting relationships, work assignments, or work schedules to meet company needs and business requirements. Attendance at work is an essential function of this job. Cooperate and work well with team members and management.

Requirements

No prior experience necessary. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
