Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
  • Utilize software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
  • Provide specific input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis.
  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
  • Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
  • Debug existing software and correct defects.
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
  • Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
  • Make recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes or 4 years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Python, Angular, and React, knowledge with Docker, and familiarity with Kubernetes.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
