**Responsibilities:**
* Work alongside our Registered Nurse (RN) to develop nursing care plans and provide medical care to inmates/detainees.
* Perform physical assessments and medical histories, and refer other medical problems to the appropriate physician.
* Administer prescribed medications and ensure confidentiality of medical records.
* Evaluate patients' symptoms, reactions, and progress, and report problems to management.
* Maintain a safe and secure workplace, adhering to industry and company accreditation policies.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
* Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state the facility is located.
* Two (2) years of direct work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
* Ability to work without direct, immediate supervision and provide appropriate follow-through treatment.
* Valid state driver's license required.
**Benefits:**
* Competitive pay: $35.00/Hr.
* Bonus: $1,000.00 (if applicable)
