Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert pharmacy consulting services to patients, including medication therapy management and health education.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to promote patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.
- Participate in clinical services, such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management, to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Support the efficient workflow of the pharmacy and contribute to the development of procedures and processes to optimize pharmacy financials and inventory management.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
