Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Clinical Evaluator with expertise in MDS to enhance our esteemed Nursing-Clinical Operations team.

In this pivotal clinical position, you will collaborate closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary care team. Your primary responsibilities will include executing Resident Assessments utilizing MDS 3.0, PRI, and PDPM methodologies. Additionally, you will conduct regular reassessments for Medicare-eligible residents, engage in interdisciplinary team discussions, and provide guidance to staff on accurate medical record documentation related to MDS.
