At Caltcm, our Custodial Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, their families, and our team members. We take pride in enhancing the quality of life for seniors, ensuring their environment is safe and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties in resident suites, communal areas, and support spaces, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage the collection, cleaning, and redistribution of community laundry.
- Assist Care Managers and Department Coordinators with resident care as needed.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management practices.
- Participate actively as a team member, contributing to our collective goals.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in providing cleaning and laundry services in a resident-focused environment.
- Genuine desire to work with seniors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Capacity to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines.
