Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Alexandria, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement imaging protocols to optimize image quality and patient safety
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication to ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography
  • 2+ years of experience in computed tomography imaging
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and patient safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
