Key Responsibilities
  • Restroom Upkeep:
    Ensure restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, maintaining a hygienic atmosphere. Replenish essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Common Area Maintenance:
    Keep kitchen and break areas tidy. Clean and organize conference rooms post-use.
  • Floor Care:
    Regularly vacuum carpeted spaces. Conduct general floor cleaning to promote a neat and safe work environment.
  • Waste Management:
    Collect and dispose of waste in designated bins. Adhere to proper recycling protocols.
  • Dusting Duties:
    Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to uphold a clean and polished look.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Show flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the evolving needs of the facility.
Qualifications

Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and possess the physical stamina to stand, walk, and engage in activities requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching, and pulling for extended periods. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete a background check.
