Position: Vending Support Specialist

We are looking for a Vending Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will play a key role in assisting our clients' manufacturing capabilities. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial vending machines at client locations. While the majority of support can be conducted remotely, some responsibilities will necessitate on-site visits within the surrounding areas.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, programming, and troubleshooting vending machines
  • Maintaining precise inventory levels
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assisting with additional tasks as required
  • Travel required (20%)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21 for operating company vehicles
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
