Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team at Lancaster Plumbing & Heating Co Inc. As a Service Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical systems for residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Communicate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions
  • Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date
  • Properly complete digital invoices and estimates
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Provide a 5-star customer service experience
  • Participate in company-provided training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a service electrician
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
