Job Title: Asbestos Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Associate Attorney to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will possess not only legal expertise but also compassion and understanding for the clients they represent.

Job Summary

The Asbestos Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. They will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently
Requirements
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability defense
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
