We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care and support.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
  • Respond to dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
  • Encourage and assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities, as indicated on their ISP and demographic profile.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the residents' best interest.
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
