Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Companionship: Engage with clients through conversation, activities, and companionship to foster a positive environment.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Household Support: Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a clean and safe living space.
  • Mobility Assistance: Aid clients in moving around their home and during outings.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for documentation and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is advantageous.
  • CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
