We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Collision Estimator to join our team at Dent Master Collision Center in Northglenn, Colorado.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and repairing damaged vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our technicians, managers, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and repair damaged vehicles to the highest standards
  • Work closely with technicians and managers to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in collision repair
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve shop performance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in collision repair preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auto estimating and repair
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position based in our Northglenn collision center. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
