At TJ Maxx, we're looking for a skilled Loss Prevention Detective to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Detective, you'll play a critical role in protecting our stores and customers from loss. Your responsibilities will include adhering to established shoplifter guidelines and policies, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. You'll also be responsible for observing, apprehending, and deterring any acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Need:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience in loss prevention or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
