Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues while respecting patient confidentiality.
  • Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and insights in charts and communication logs.
  • Participate in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Facilitate educational sessions, support groups, and other therapeutic activities.

Per Diem and Weekend Differential Available
