We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Supervisor to join our team at Spotsylvania County- VA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our swimming pool facility.
Job Summary:- Supervise and train pool staff, including lifeguards, swim instructors, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pool facility, including monitoring equipment, chemicals, and facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patron concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of pool programs and services.
- Conduct daily inspections of pool equipment, chemical levels, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the supervision of pool staff, including lifeguards, swim instructors, and maintenance personnel.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote pool programs and services.
- Collaborate with other department staff to plan and execute special events and activities.
